How precious!

By the way, I would love to hear the whole story of you and Annie! Do you already have that written somewhere on your blog?

Look at those beautiful brown eyes!I agree with homeschool mommy - you should write your adoption story. I'd love to know how it happened for you.

Oh NO you DIDN'T!!!!!

Did you really say I'm too old to get my nose pierced again?!?!!?

Maybe it's just because Oklahoma's ahead of you guys in style? :)

J/K...I did pierce it only two years ago, though. I was in hair school and seriously like EVERY hairdresser had her nose pierced. I thought they were SO cute, but once I got it I felt like a hooligan. I didn't feel like a good, Christian mother. So, I took it out and now I've been wanting it back again. I'm sure I'll never actually do it, though.

Could you even begin to imagine how very much you would love her? There is absolutely nothing as deep or intense as a mother's love for her child. You are surely as blessed as any mother on earth and I can see why God chose you to be Annie's mommy. Lucky her! (and OF COURSE lucky you too!)

I so remember her like that. I remember being in your store and we were looking at pictures of her. I told you that she was defintely your child. You had already picked her, but I also knew when I saw her picture. What an amazing time in our lives...going to visit her, meeting her foster family, the ride with the foster family to the lake, exploring and shopping in Guatemala, the drama with bringing her home, meeting the couple from Anderson and all the other cool adoption families, going to the American Embassy, the $90 suite at the Marriott, "La Meat", the plane ride home, etc. I could go on and on about what an amazing experience it was for all of us. We are all so blessed to have her in our lives. I love you both!!
